2) Squat jumps.
Squat jump exercise is a popular warm-up exercise and easy to do as well anytime by anyone. in this exercise, we have to lift both the hand upward, while we width apart the leg, we have to do the same steps continuously, for the beginner I suggest that do 20 to 30 times, for the intermediate one, I suggest that do 50 to 70 times. this exercise gets hold body warm up.
3) Push-ups.
In this push-up exercise, Lie flat on your stomach, position your hands under your shoulders and push yourself away from the floor, keep your body under tension! Look down. Your body should form a straight line. If this exercise is too difficult for you, you can keep your knees on the floor and try a simplified variation. doing push-ups can make your muscle big.
4) Superman
This exercise is super easy and good for your back. to do this exercise, Lie on your stomach. Extend your arms forward. Look down. Now you pull your upper body and your legs up. Hold the position for a few seconds before dropping your arms and legs back onto the mat. Try to move your body with muscle strength and not with momentum. most people are doing this exercise to lose their weight.
5) Sit-ups
To do this exercise, first, we have to Lie on our back. Bend your knees and raise your legs. Tilt your pelvis so that your back lays flat on the floor without a hollow back. Put your arms behind your neck and slowly move your upper body to your knees, then put it back on the floor! With control, most love this exercise, but few hate this exercise.
6)Hip-thrust
In this exercise, place your legs on the chair and do up and down your body to make it more flexible and fit. You can adjust the position of your feet so that you feel the exercise mainly in your buttocks and not in your knees, most of people do this exercise to make a 6 pack and more flexible the body, not only that I suggest you do this exercise two to three times a week.
7) Commando push-up
In these commando push-ups, firstly we need to find a comfortable place to do push up in a faster way since we have to do push up on time, second is after finding a comfortable place, we can set a time and start doing an exercise, some benefit of doing this commando push up is we can easily warm up in a short duration or time, we can make the body fit in a short time, so most of the army force are doing this exercise.
